EL PASO, Texas--El Paso police arrested two men early Tuesday morning after the truck they were in crashed into a wall and barely missed hitting two homes.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. on the 1700 block of Dick Mayers Drive near Zaragoza Road and Saul Kleinfeld Drive.

The truck landed in a couple's front yard, and also flipped over a small fishing boat, officers said.

Police said the men were in a small red pickup when they missed a left turn and ran straight into the wall.

Officers arrested the driver for suspicion of driving drunk, police said.

Officers also arrested the passenger for outstanding warrants.

El Paso police have not said what those warrants were for.

The couple's son told KFOX14 that this was the fifth or sixth time that a car has missed the turn and crashed in front of his parents' home.

No one was hurt, and it's not known how much repairing the damage will cost the homeowners.
