EL PASO, Texas --

Two con artists are being sought by police after they withdrew an elderly couple's life savings at a local bank.

Police said the suspects withdrew the funds from a northeast El Paso credit union when they posed as the elderly couple May 13.

The two were seen on surveillance, and police believe someone in the area knows who they are.

One suspect is described as a Hispanic man with an average build, medium complexion and he was seen wearing a striped black and white long sleeve T-shirt.

The female suspect is described as either white or Hispanic with an average build, light complexion and was wearing a gray T-shirt with a "bebe" logo and dark shorts.

Anyone with information on this couple is asked to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 915-566-8477.
