EL PASO COUNTY, Texas -- The El Paso County Sheriff's Office have arrested one man and is still searching for another suspect, after authorities said two men sexually assaulted two 14-year-old girls and one 13-year-old girl in Montana Vista.

KFOX14 first reported information on this case as a Fugitive Finder report.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office arrested Daniel Lujan De La Paz on Jun. 27 in connection with this incident, and he has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of child and two counts of unlawful restraint of a child.

An arrest affidavit from the sheriff's office says the other suspect involved is Miguel Angel Perez. The affidavit also says two men forced the girls to perform sex acts on each other at De La Paz's home on Fawn Drive, and the two men reportedly hit the girls when they refused to kiss and touch each other.

The girls reportedly decided to run away and had gone to party at De La Paz's home, where they stayed for a couple of days in June. The affidavit also says one of the victims took ecstasy the men offered, and all of the victims were drinking alcohol.

El Paso County Jail records show De La Paz has been arrested more than a dozen times since 2004, on charges including aggravated assault.

The El Paso County District Attorney's Office said De La Paz has been on probation after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 2009. He has a hearing scheduled for Thursday where a judge could revoke that probation after this most recent arrest.

The United States Marshal's Service said authorities are still searching for Perez. Perez could also flee the area because of the severity of the crime.

"We know that Mr. Perez does have a lot of family in El Paso, and he's also a member of the Barrio Glenwood gang here in El Paso," Deputy U.S. Marshal Scott Williams said.
