SAN ELIZARIO, Texas- Another historic landmark in San Elizario was destroyed by flooding this week.

More than 6 inches of water filled the San Portales museum.

The museum's director says after the water was pumped out, he lined the doors with sandbags in fear more rain would come.

In addition to structural damage, flooding also destroyed some of the museum's historic artifacts.
