Beth Troutman

Beth Troutman is a former congressional candidate turned journalist.  After graduating from University of North Carolina with a degree in political science and women’s studies, Beth spent four years working behind the scenes on the Emmy-winning television show The West Wing.  At 27, she moved home to North Carolina to run a close race for Congress.  WCCB-TV in Charlotte later hired her to host its morning show Fox News Rising.  Most recently Beth has worked as a host and reporter for The Balancing Act on the Lifetime Channel.
