EL PASO, Texas —
Thomas L. Cardella & Associates announced it will open a call center in west El Paso. Officials with the company said they'll begin hiring in May for inbound and outbound call taken at the center. It is said to operate 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
The office will be located at 7777 Market Center Ave. Up to 200 entry-level positions and 25 managerial employment opportunities will be available.
Thomas L. Cardella & Associates works on direct marketing needs of Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, insurance, retail, publication, technology, communications, entertainment, utilities, business services and travel industries. The company is an outsourcing provider of solutions such as inbound customer service, outbound teleservices, lead generation, e-mail management, webchat and customer support services.
President of the company Thomas L. Cardella said, “Over time, I can certainly see the El Paso site being the hub of our Southwest Texas operation, and potentially growing to well over 1000 employees in the next three to five years.”
