KFOX was first to tell you about postal problems in Las Cruces, then in El Paso. For months, no local officials would comment.

While officials wouldn't talk with us, El Paso resident, Mario Martinez did. Martinez says the post office has yet to find two of his packages, or to do anything about the situation.

Now, over a month later, Martinez said he is still having problems with getting his mail on time.

Meanwhile, he said that with major shipping, he is looking at other mailing options to help him out because he can't get anywhere with the post office.
