Woman Found In River Identified

The Mexican Consulate releases the identity of a body found in the Rio Grande.

They say Graciela Castaneda, 50, of Juarez died while trying to cross into the U.S. to visit her sons in Dallas.

We told you last night how her body was found near the Mission Valley Water Treatment Plant.
