Four In Hospital After Anthony Crash

New Mexico State Police say one person was airlifted to the hospital and three others hurt, after an accident on Interstate 10 near Anthony, NM early Friday morning. The driver was the most seriously injured person and was ejected from the Chervolet Avalanche after it rolled over.

The accident happened at 3:50am and forced the closure of Interstate 10 Westbound until after 5am.

Investigators believe alcohol may have played a role in the crash, and say charges against the driver are pending if he survives his injuries.
