El Paso Airport Could Help Ease Security Pains

Security measures at El Paso International airport are not lightening up anytime soon but a new service could ease the pain.
The El Paso Airport TSA is now in the process of arranging to have a service that would allow travelers to mail out items they cannot take on board.
Once approved, airline passengers can ship out no-no objects like cigarette lighters, cork-screws and all other everyday objects not allowed on flights for a credit card charge of seven-dollars.
Travelers we spoke with say they wish the service was introduced sooner.
"At Christmas time I was traveling and I had a present for a woman, a manicure set and there was a pair of scissors inside the case, they opened the plastic and they took the scissor out," said Steve Fleischer, Phoenix Arizona.
"Mailing it should be a_lot safer, it should be a_lot better but I just don't like giving up my own personal things maybe they should tell me that before hand," said Jonathan Williams, Atlanta Georgia.
The mail out service is already available at Houston, Newark, Laguardia and Dulles airports.
