Two Charged With Animal Abuse

Two El Pasoans have been arrested and charged with cruelty to animals.
El Paso Police say 50 year old David Delgado and 44 year old Lorena Murillo had several dogs needing medical treatment.
Animal control removed nine dogs from their home in the 10-thousand block of Rio Grande.
One neighbor tells KFOX the charges surprise her, because she's never seen any sign of abuse and says she saw the dogs were fed, bathed and played with.
