LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- Dona Ana Sheriff's Officials said on man who was out on bond was arrested Sunday morning.

Officials said Reynaldo Holguin, 38, is a suspect in the August, 2009, homicide of a Isaiah Jimenez, 3.

Holguin was awaiting trial when his mother posted bail for him Saturday night, said officials.

According to a press release Holguin then "immediately went to the work place of his fiancé, allegedly a violation of his conditions of release."

Officials said he took a necklace, bracelet and wallet from the victim.

He was found at his mother's house early Sunday morning and was arrested for aggravated stalking, battery against a household Member and three counts of larceny, officials said.

Judge Olivia Nevarez-Garcia placed Holguina under no bond.
