EL PASO, Texas -- A fugitive accused of sexual abuse charges with a minor from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, was found in El Paso's lower valley Tuesday.

Vicente Ramirez Arellano, 46, was wanted in Mexico by the State of Chihuahua on charges of aggravated rape and sexual abuse with a 9-year-old girl.

Arellano was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service at 7:30 p.m. and booked into the county jail. He is facing extradition back to Mexico.
