EL PASO, Texas -- A fire that broke out in central El Paso is under control, said dispatch.The fire happened around 6 p.m. the Ben’s Grocery & Meat Market, located on Piedras Street and Fort Boulevard.Nine fire units responded to the scene, said dispatch.There is no word on what caused the blaze,
