EL PASO, Texas -- Project Bravo, a nonprofit organization that helps low income residents in El Paso County, responded to concerns raised by the state of Texas.As KFOX has reported, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs raised 33 concerns about finances, mismanagement of company credit cards and dysfunction with its leaders. The biggest concerns in a 34-page report surround Executive Director Annie Payton, who was fired by the Board of Directors on Feb. 19.On Monday, interim director, Jan Tomchik, told KFOX they have responded to the state’s concerns and handed over a variety of paperwork last Friday. They were given until March 8 to respond to the state’s concerns.
