Code Enforcement Cracking Down On Prohibited Sales

El Paso's Code Compliance Division is cracking down violations associated with prohibited sales.

Those include selling merchandise in vacant lots without a vendor license.

Violations are punishable by a class c misdemeanor carrying a fine between $100 and $500.

Code enforcement officers will conduct enforcement sweeps all month long.
