Child Hit By Car In Fabens

El Paso County sheriff's officials said a 6-year-old boy was hit by a car in Fabens.The incident happened just before 10 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of River Street.Sheriff's officials said a 16-year-old girl was driving a 2007 black Chevrolet Equinox when the boy ran into the street.Officials said the girl could not stop in time and hit the boy.The boy was taken to University Medical Center where he was treated for a broken arm, officials said.The girl was cited for driving without a license.
