SOCORRO, Texas -- Another YouTube video surfaces about a Socorro City Council member's bad behavior.

The video shows a council member taking the mayor's laptop and hiding it after the mayor walks out of a council meeting.

The mayor has filed charges with El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

The incident happened at the Dec. 10 city council meeting and it was caught on video, then posted on YouTube on Wednesday by another city council member Jesse Gandara.

The video picks up after Socorro city Mayor Trini Lopez and two other council members walk out of the meeting before it was adjourned.

Then it shows Councilman Sergio Cox taking what looks like Lopez's briefcase. Cox said he only did it as a gag.

"He had just frustrated everyone to the point, that you know what, the heck with them. They walked out they left their things, they're right here. They're going to come back," said Cox.

Gandara tells KFOX why he decided to post it on the Internet.

"That was the purpose of putting it on the Internet and for the community to look at and be a judge for themselves and that's what I'm hoping to accomplish by this video is to get people to look at it and come to their own conclusion."

KFOX reporter Monica Balderrama asked Lopez for an interview but he declined because he says there's enough conflict within the council now.
