EL PASO, Texas -- Berryville Street was paved last week and the pot holes are gone, but no one is sure who fixed the street.Last week, KFOX reported the roadway connecting Darrington and Pellicano is actually a private road. Many Horizon City residents said the street had turned into a shortcut for them, but was a hazard because it was riddled with pot holes."It's much much better now. Before, it was worse but now it's more easy. It was really bad at night because we couldn't see. So you had to keep ducking for the pot holes and stuff, but they covered a few of them up and it's better," said Sarah Ochoa, a Horizon City resident.General Land Office officials said sections of the road are leased by Jobe Materials. KFOX called Jobe Materials but hasn't received a call back yet.
