Man Found Guilty Of Rape On NMSU Campus

A Las Cruces jury found a man guilty of raping a New Mexico State University student inside her campus housing.
Wednesday afternoon Martin Fielder was found guilty of aggravated burglary, criminal sexual penetration and false imprisonment.
He now faces more than 16 years behind bars.
As we reported Tuesday night this is Fielder's second trial on the incident.
The first jury found him guilty of taking the woman's T-V and VCR but were hung on the other 3 counts.
