EL PASO, Texas -- Because of the falling snow and the hazardous driving conditions, a lot of El Paso students started their school day late and some didn't start it at all.Many kids and their parents declared their own snow day and spent the day having fun in the snow.KFOX called the three major school districts in El Paso to ask if students who were absent Tuesday would be excused. El Paso ISD and Socorro ISD got back to us and said students will be excused Tuesday.
