EL PASO, Texas -- Customs and Border Protection officers arrested two teenagers following a huge heroin bust.The drugs were seized Monday, authorities said 29.6 pounds of heroin were discovered in a car crossing at the Paso Del Norte entry.Juan Carlos Martinez, 18, of Chaparral, N.M., and Perla Ortiz, 18, of Anthony, N.M., were arrested on drug charges.
