Northeast Daughter Accused Of Killing Parents Indicted

EL PASO, Texas -- Laura Carsner, 46, of El Paso was indicted Friday.Carsner was accused of shooting her mother Irma, 68, and stepfather Alejandro Quiroz, 66, to death.Officers responded to a shots fired call in Aug. 2009 to the 10100 block of Kirwood in the Terrace Hills area.The two bodies were found with multiple gunshot wounds in their backyard.Carsner is charged with capital murder.
