SUNLAND PARK, N.M. -- A grand jury indicts the wife of a former Sunland Park judge who was found guilty of three counts of voter fraud.Lilian Favela was indicted on five counts of false voting Friday.According to documents, Favela voted on four different occasions knowing she was not a qualified elector.The fifth count said she voted more than once in the same election.These charges stem from Dona Ana County and Favela is a resident of El Paso, Texas.
