Mario Ruiz Sentenced To 3 Years

EL PASO, Texas -- A jury sentenced 32-year-old Mario Ruiz to 3 years in prison Friday.

Ruiz was convicted of running over two teens who were on a dirt bike in June 2008.

Police said Ruiz dragged the teens about 300 feet before he stopped.
