EL PASO, Texas -- El Paso Mayor John Cook is holding his monthly open door meeting Wednesday.The mayor’s door is open to the public from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. You have the chance to bring any concerns you have on the 10th floor of City Hall.This is all part of Cook's community outreach initiative.
