Request By Rachel Quintana for Another Hearing Denied

EL PASO, Texas -- New information is obtained on the case against Rachel Quintana.

According to the Eight District Court of Appeals, her request for a re-hearing has been denied.

Quintana petitioned to the court of appeals for a re-hearing on Oct. 28.

Court documents state Quintana’s request was denied.

Quintana was arrested and charged with forgery for trying to get a discounted plane ticket in November 2007.
