Fugitive Found, Arrested In Socorro

SOCORRO, Texas -- Former fugitive Ricardo Ordonez was arrested Tuesday morning. Ordonez was wanted by the El Paso County Sheriff's Office in connection with sexual assault.

An early-morning tip led deputies to a house in the 700 block of Delilah in Socorro, Texas.

Deputies said they found Ordonez hiding in the attic and after a brief standoff, he surrendered.
