Gas Seized In Bust Awarded To EPCSO

Criminals have helped save El Paso County taxpayers thousands of dollars.

A Justice of the Peace awarded more than 2,800 gallons of gas to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

The fuel was seized during a gas ring bust at the end of September.

The sheriff's office can use that gas for county vehicles , which will save taxpayers more than $7,000 on fuel purchases.
