Upper Valley Shooting May Have NM Connection

ANTHONY, N.M. -- An 18-year-old New Mexico man has been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting in the upper valley Monday night.Andrew Epstein, 18, of Anthony, N.M., faces eight counts of deadly conduct and was being held under a $120,000 bond.KFOX was first on the scene of the shooting, which sent a 13-year-old to the hospital.More arrests may be made as the investigation continues.
