FABENS, Texas -- Residents in the area of the 200 block of NE Eubanks in Fabens, Texas, called authorities Wednesday when they saw horses wandering in residential areas.El Paso County sheriff’s deputies told KFOX when they arrived and met with residents they said two horses looked lost.Both deputies and residents couldn't find the owners of the horses.Deputies also said the horses did not appear to be in bad health or injured.A community resident, Ricardo Trejo Archuleta, who owns a ranch nearby was willing to care for the horses until the rightful owners come forward.
