EL PASO, Texas -- A woman who deputies said was smoking marijuana at a Black Crowes concert was arrested after she allegedly kicked a deputy in the groin.

El Paso County sheriff's deputies were working extra-duty at the concert held at the El Paso County Coliseum when ushers allegedly pointed out two females who were smoking marijuana.

When deputies went to investigate, both denied smoking marijuana, police said.

Deputies told KFOX 40-year-old Sandra Alcala became belligerent and kicked a deputy in the groin area and continued trying to assault him.

Alcala was arrested and charged with assault on a public servant, resisting arrest and failure to identify.
