Over $1 Million In Drugs Seized In NM

LORDSBURG, N.M. -- There were several marijuana busts in Lordsburg, N.M., this weekend, authorities said.

Agents said they seized over 630 pounds of the illegal drugs valued at $500,000.

Agents in Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Deming and Fort Hancock seized a total of 1,383 pounds of marijuana with a street value of more than $1.1 million.

Officials said at least 12 people were arrested.
