EL PASO, Texas -- You would think a tank rolled through parts of the Lower Valley on Sunday, as on a number of streets, signs, mailboxes, electrical boxes and a fence were all knocked down.Yvonne Nakashima, who lives on Independence Drive, awoke to a mess."It was around 3, 4 this morning that we heard some, how would you say, crashes," said Nakashima. For about 3 miles from Shawver Park to Zaragoza Road, it is an absolute trail of destruction."This person, whoever it was started all the way from Yarborough all the way hitting mailboxes and the city signs, like to stop, the stop signs," Nakashima told KFOX. "I'm not too sure what kind of vehicle it was, but it must have been a pretty sturdy vehicle for it to have lasted this long."Police said they know what kind of vehicle it was, and are looking for a white Jeep Grand Sport."This has never happened to us before and all of a sudden why has this happened, what was in this person's mind to do this?" said Nakashima. "For him to be very close to our homes, it's very scary, very frightening."Anyone with information is asked to call the El Paso Police Department at 832-4400.
