Sidekick Users: T-Mobile Working To Restore Data

EL PASO, Texas -- Just days after KFOX told you how hundreds of El Paso T-Mobile users had lost their phone data, we have good news to report.Thursday, Microsoft confirmed that data recovery is under way for most T-Mobile Sidekick users. The company plans to restore personal contacts first, followed by calendar, notes and photo recovery.As KFOX reported, the outage was caused by a system failure that created data loss in Microsoft’s database and its back-up.
