Gloria Marmolejo’s Son David Indicted On Murder Charge

EL PASO, Texas -- A grand jury has indicted David Marmolejo on a charge of murder.Marmolejo is accused of strangling his mother, Gloria Marmolejo, 54, to death.Marmolejo’s body was found July 31, in the desert in Santa Teresa, N.M., after she had been reported missing from her family on July 25.Her truck was located near an elementary school a few days after she was reported missing near an elementary school in East El Paso.The indictment was made Wednesday in the 210th District Court.The murder charge was classified as a first-degree felony.Stay with KFOXtv.com and watch KFOX News at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. for any developments in this case.
