LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- A Las Cruces resident who sparked a controversy over the way he was flying the American flag took it down for a short while.Ken Triplett, of northeast Las Cruces, was flying the American flag not only upside down, but beneath a flag with a swastika displayed on it.Neighbors tell KFOX the flags are flying again, but now the American flag is right-side up.The Sun-News also reported the army special forces, with whom Triplett said he had served, had no record of him.
