EL PASO, Texas -- The Amber Alert for 11-year-old Norma Gaspar and 7-year-old step brother Angel Rodarte was called off Monday evening.Deputies told KFOX the kids are in their custody. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office issued the Amber Alert for the two Horizon City children when the went missing Monday morning. Both were last seen at Rudy Kefner Street and Darrington Road.El Paso County sheriff's deputies feared the children may have been in Juarez because that's what where they were found last year.Belknap said the details of this incident are identical to last years' case. Last year, Norma told officers her parents were abusive and she was trying to make it to her biological mother's house."Let me say that there was no problem at all there. The father was more strict than the mother. She just preferred to be with her mother. That was her reason for leaving in 2008," said Belknap.
