Just weeks after Planned Parenthood of El Paso abruptly shuts down, KFOX has learned the state of Texas is looking into the clinic's financial records.

The Department of State Health Services along with the state inspector general is conducting an audit of the organization's financial handlings looking for any evidence of illegal activity or misspending.
