EL PASO, Texas -- El Paso police are cracking down on drunken drivers over the holiday weekend.So far, officers have arrested nine people on DUI charges.Eight of those arrested took a Breathlyzer test; one person didn't.Police were able to get a search warrant and have the blood drawn from that person.That person was eventually arrested.Police will continue with their blood draw operation until the end of the holiday weekend.
