Man Beaten, Carjacked At Walgreens

Monday morning police searched for two men who allegedly beat up a man and carjacked him.

It happened at the Walgreens parking lot on Mesa Street and Baltimore Drive.

KFOX spoke with the victims, who said they were walking out of the store when a man hit the car owner with a beer bottle and started beating him up. That's when the second suspect also began beating on the man and told him to give up his car keys, after a brief struggle he handed them over.

The stolen car is a four-door 1999 tan-colored Honda Accord, with license plate number 164-PBX.

The carjackers are described as Hispanic men in their late teens.

They were last seen wearing dark colored hooded sweaters and shorts. One of them had a crew cut haircut and glasses.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 566-8477.
