SOCORRO, Texas -- The El Paso County Sheriff's Office made an arrest in the shooting death of two brothers outside a Socorro bar and another suspect remains on the run.

Victor Gomez, 28, is in police custody and was charged with capital murder.

He's accused of killing Jose and Jesus Vargas in a fight outside the A&M bar early Monday morning.

Meanwhile, deputies are looking for 19-year-old Ricardo Zuniga who they believe fled in a dark-colored Dodge Intrepid.

His last known address was in San Elizario.
