SOCORRO, Texas -- The El Paso County Sheriff's Office made an arrest in the shooting death of two brothers outside a Socorro bar and another suspect remains on the run.Victor Gomez, 28, is in police custody and was charged with capital murder.He's accused of killing Jose and Jesus Vargas in a fight outside the A&M bar early Monday morning.Meanwhile, deputies are looking for 19-year-old Ricardo Zuniga who they believe fled in a dark-colored Dodge Intrepid.His last known address was in San Elizario.Anyone with information on Zuniga's whereabouts can call Crime Stoppers at 915-566-8477.
