SOCORRO, Texas -- El Paso County Sheriff's arrested a suspect in the shooting death of two brothers at a Socorro bar Monday.Victor Gomez, 28, was charged with capital murder.He's accused of killing Jose and Jesus Vargas in a fight outside the A$M bar early morning.Detectives arrested Gomez late Monday night and investigators identified a second suspect who's now on the run.
