Flash Flood Warning Expires; Flash Flood Watch Continues

The flash flood warning for Dona Ana and El Paso counties expired at 4:15 p.m, said The National Weather Service. At 2:43 p.m., the National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated there could be flash flooding from thunderstorms moving into the Santa Teresa, Canutillo and Anthony areas.

Heavy rains moved out of the warned areas.

The National Weather Service said more thunderstorms are possible through the night and a flash flood watch continues through the Borderland until 6 a.m.
