El Paso County Under Flash Flood Warning

EL PASO, Texas -- The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for El Paso County that is expected to expire at 7:45 pm MDT.

At 6:43 pm, local law enforcement officials reported flash flooding from a thunderstorm near the Horizon City area with some roads closed and vehicles stranded.
