Leonardo Felix, 17, remains in critical condition with head injuries at Thomason Hospital after being ejected from a van in a rollover crash Sunday night.

El Paso County Sheriff Department officials said that six people were riding in the Ford minivan on Interstate 10 near Fabens when the driver, 43-year-old Blanco Estela Soto, lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over, ejecting Felix and two other children, ages nine and 11.

All three were transported to Thomason Hospital. The younger children were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
