ANTHONY, N.M. -- An Anthony, N.M., man was arrested on domestic violence charges after deputies said he forced his girlfriend to strip in an attempt to keep her from leaving his home.

Dona Ana County sheriff’s investigators said Alejandro Flores, 18, confined the woman to his bedroom and told her that if she wanted to leave, she'd have to go naked.

Flores is also accused of biting his girlfriend on her chin and arm.

He has been charged with one count of false imprisonment and three misdemeanors, police said.

The two reportedly have a 7-day-old child together.
