Volunteer firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to pull a driver from her car after it rolled over near Westway early Friday morning.

El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies said the accident happened after 1 a.m., near the Westway exit on Interstate 10.

The driver, 33-year-old Flora Delia Rojas, was trapped in the wreckage of her Nissan Sentra for about a half hour, until rescuers managed to free her.

Rojas was taken Thomason Hospital with minor injuries.

Investigators said speed may have been a factor in this crash.
