KFOX TV Launches Second Digital Channel

KFOX TV has officially launched its second digital channel -- channel 14.2, the Retro Television Network, or R.T.N.

The programs on R.T.N. are a blast to the past.

KFOX TV Program Director Nichole Villalobos said, "It has really really fun programming from "Leave it to Beaver" to well, you'll get some good '80s fix in there, and for the older crowd we have "Magnum P.I." so you can get your Tom Selleck fix."

The retro programming will appeal to younger viewers as well. They can see what mom and dad grew up watching, such as "The Incredible Hulk," "Knight Rider" and "The A Team." You'll even get to see some commercials that aired "back in the day."

For those viewers looking for more kids' programming, R.T.N. has you covered. Villalobos said, "Now on Saturday morning we have a good lineup of kids programing, a four-hour block. We have "Hip Hop Harry," which is one of the really new popular shows. "My Bed Bugs" and some other fun shows like "Mustard Pancakes," these are good quality kids programming."

R.T.N channel 14.2 is free, over the air to anyone and may soon be available on cable.
