Deming Crash Ends With Three People Dead

DEMING, N.M. -- A three vehicle crash leaves three people dead.

New Mexico State police said it happened before noon on Interstate 10 near Deming.

Officers said an SUV slowed down suddenly to exit the interstate and that's when the motorcycle behind it crashed into the SUV, which then caused a semi-truck to crash into the motorcycle.

Two people in the SUV died as well as the motorcyclist.

Two passenger in the SUV were taken to a Deming hospital.
